If I could give the service more than 5 stars I would!!! Kul was kind enough to help me find a room last minute very late at night. It is perfect, so clean, quiet and cozy! I found my spot in the area. Thanks Kul, you are a lifesaver!!!
Great value for money. Nice, comfortable room with very big and soft double bed. Lighting better then most hotels rooms. Very friendly and helpful receptionist Della. Help us with checking in and even help us with suitcases in to the room.
I was pleasantly surprised about how good the room and facilities were. I had read the mixed reviews, and the mention that parking was slightly limited due to their refurbishment however i found a space on arrival and there were plenty during the evening outside the Brewers Fayre side of the location. For the price, this was a great deal! Room was clean and comfortable and also had a kettle, mugs, tea and coffee which i wasnt expecting.
Travelling the country for work, I’ve stayed in lots of Premier Inns. The standard of the room was as expected. What made the stay difference to most was the lady on reception. Kul was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. So polite and friendly. She really gave that personal touch rather than the standard robotic: Name on the booking, sign here putting you car reg and nationality. Thanks Kul
Perfect room for a business trip. Clean and well maintained. Everything you expect but rarely get from premier inn. The best thing about this hotel is the night receptionist. Kul was very welcoming and helpful and just a fantastic person. A credit to the business. 5 stars for Kul.
Our first impression on arrival the person on reception wasn't very welcoming, lacked personality. Maybe it had been a long day. Everything else was perfect all staff pleasant and helpful. The family room was clean and fresh. We had breakfast in the brewers fayre which was very good the two ladies with their christmas hats were very friendly and welcoming. The evening meal was delicious and arrived quick. Kiran on checkout was a ray of sunshine. We had a lovely stay and would return.
Kul managed to put up with me and my best mate after our key card wasn’t working on a night out whilst offering chocolates and water to make sure we were all good after our night out. good place next to a few train stations in order to get into the city. would stay again
Great hotel. We stayed here for one night in a family room. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfy and the shower was hot. Upon arrival our son was gifted a little gift pack containing a drink, biscuits and some colouring/activities which was a lovely touch. Evening meal and breakfast were good but ordering the evening meal was quite tricky as I had to repeat the order multiple times and despite the restaurant not being busy, we had a very long wait between main course and desert. We were worried about parking as we'd recieved an email stating works were ongoing at the hotel and the parking was reduced, but we did not find this problematic and were were not affected/disturbed by any noise from the works.
